Powerhouse Expansion Project Link
Project Overview:
Led the implementation of the website for UBC Sauder’s Powerhouse Project, a flagship building designed to enhance student experiences and expand enrollment through innovative programs.
Design & Collaboration:
Met with senior leaders to understand their vision and specific needs for the new website.
Faced the challenge of designing a completely new look, separate from Sauder’s main Drupal-based website.
Collaboratively decided to build the site on a new platform, WordPress, allowing for a fresh layout and structure.
Additional Roles:
Participated as a model in the project's promotional photoshoot, raising awareness and attracting donors.
Worked on print advertisements and showcased the project through the digital publishing platform ISSUU.
Collaboration:
Coordinated closely with the web team manager to ensure cohesive design, content integration, and technical support.
Outcome:
Successfully delivered a distinct website aligned with the Powerhouse Project’s mission while maintaining a separate identity from the Sauder brand. Raised awareness for the initiative through both digital and print media.
